Notes to the rental rate
A deposit of £50 is required on booking, with the remainder payable 6 weeks before your holiday. A £150 refundable bond is required with final payment for damage, loss of keys etc, which will be refunded within 2 weeks on agent’s confirmation and return of keys. Prices are fully inclusive of all linen & towels (bring your own beach towels), electricity, cleaning, & personal meet/greet service. There is a £30 supplement for rentals under 6 days to cover laundry and linen hire.
A welcome pack of essential groceries can be provided upon request for a charge of £15.
Changeover day is Saturday, however this is flexible depending on availability. Property is availably from 5pm on day of arrival and we require you to vacate by 11am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with owners. Negotiable rates for longer lets in quiet periods, please contact owner for details.
